RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) — A 73-year-old man is dead after officials said a house fire occurred along Schutte Avenue in Richmond’s Southside Tuesday morning.
At around 3:42 a.m. on Tuesday, Dec. 30, a caller reported a house fire in the 5000 block of Schutte Avenue.
