COLONIAL HEIGHTS, Va. (WWBT) – Two men were arrested after police say they were caught on video surveillance taking things from a Colonial Heights apartment on Monday.
On Dec. 29, just before 7:30 p.m., the Colonial Heights Police Department responded to a burglary in progress at Colonial Court Apartments in the 900 block of Westover Avenue.
The person who lived in the apartment, who was out of the state at the time, saw on a security video inside their apartment several men enter their home…
