A 22-year-old Glen Allen man died Jan. 4 when the vehicle he was in ran off the road and crashed in Chesterfield County.
Police identified the man as Bayram Badalov.
The incident happened shortly before 9 p.m. in the 11600 block of Old Stage Road. The vehicle hit a number of trees, and Badalov was ejected. He was transported to a local hospital, where he later died…
