RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) — A man was found shot in the arm on Midlothian Turnpike in Richmond’s Southside during Friday’s early morning hours.
At 2:32 a.m. on Friday, Jan. 9, officers with the Richmond Police Department responded to the 6000 block of Midlothian Turnpike for the report of a person shot.
