RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) — A former Hardee’s restaurant in Richmond is being torn down to make room for an 11-story hotel with a parking garage.
The old Hardee’s building, located in Scott’s Addition at 921 Myers St., will be torn down to make way for a new 11-story hotel that will feature a parking garage, according to thecity of Richmond.
The Shamin Hotels management group will oversee construction of a 133-room dual-brand AC by Marriott lifestyle hotel and a 120-suite Residence Inn by Marriott, which will be located near Arthur Ashe Boulevard and Broad Street, per a drafted version for discussion purposes.
