Winter storm prompts American Airlines to waive change fees at Virginia airports

NORFOLK, Va. — As a major winter storm threatens the southern U.S. this weekend, American Airlines is giving travelers flying out of Virginia a break on flight change fees.

Passengers scheduled to travel from Norfolk (ORF), Richmond (RIC), Charlottesville (CHO), or Roanoke (ROA) between January 23 and 25 can reschedule their flights for any day between January 21 and 28 without paying a fee.
