RICHMOND, Va. (WWBT) – The city of Richmond is taking steps to move forward with demolishing the Coliseum to make way for a hotel and new parking downtown.
A demolition study is seen as a priority this year to figure out the best way to tear down the structure while preserving the foundation to create underground parking.
After that, vertical development can finally happen…
