Hopewell opens emergency shelter amid wintry weather

HOPEWELL, Va. (WRIC) — The city of Hopewell has opened an emergency shelter to assist residents during the winter storm.

Hopewell officials said the emergency shelter for area residents will open at 10:30 a.m. on Sunday, Jan. 25, at Hopewell High School, 400 S. Mesa Drive.
