RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) — A dog was found shot dead between two Richmond buildings on Monday.
At about 6 p.m. on Monday, Feb. 2, officers with the Richmond Police Department were called to the 2400 block of Carmine Street after it was reported that a dog had been shot.
