HENRICO COUNTY, Va. (WWBT) – Ice conditions continue to disrupt mail delivery and trash pickup services across the Richmond area, with some residents reporting nearly two weeks without service.
Henrico County paused trash services for several days because trucks couldn’t navigate icy roads. County officials said they were able to run most routes on Monday and expected to complete most Tuesday routes by the end of the day.
