A restaurant in Colonial Heights hosted its grand opening on Jan. 31. The new Tri-Cities food venue is a great place to bond with friends and family. Hot Pot 757 offers an interactive, all-you-can-eat dining experience that merges traditional hot pot and Korean barbecue flavors.
Diners get to create their own feasts using in-built table grills and hot pots. There is a two-hour time limit, which flies by when you’re having fun. New to this dining concept? No worries. The servers offer guidance, and each table is presented with a chart that recommends hot pot and Korean barbecue cook times for meats, vegetables, noodles, tofu, seafood, dumplings, etc.
