RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) — Several Richmond restaurants are stepping up to support the community by bringing back “Pay What You Can Day.”
Twelve restaurants have partnered in honor of Black History Month to host a statewide “pay-what-you-can,” per a social post from Philly Vegan, a restaurant located at 1126 Hull Street in Richmond.
