RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) — There will be multiple lane closures coming to the Powhite Parkway in Richmond to support construction for the city’s upcoming transition to all-electronic tolling.
On Monday, Feb. 16, the Richmond Metropolitan Transportation Authority (RMTA) announced that construction for Richmond’s transition to all-electronic tolling will take place on multiple dates this week for the Powhite Parkway.
