CHESTERFIELD COUNTY, Va. (WRIC) — A 55-year-old man was reported missing out of Chesterfield County after police said he was robbed in Richmond in early February.
In the afternoon on Wednesday, Feb. 18, the Chesterfield County Police Department asked the public for help to find 55-year-old Gary D. Upshaw, who was reported missing.
Police said Upshaw was last in contact with his family on Feb. 9. According to officials, on that day, Upshaw was robbed in Richmond, and the incident was reported to the Richmond Police Department.
Upshaw reportedly stays with relatives throughout the area and has no permanent address…
