RICHMOND, Va. (WWBT) -A new bill moving through Virginia’s General Assembly would make it illegal to livestream while behind the wheel.
The aim is to crack down on distracted driving across the Commonwealth, but the proposed law could force a Virginia storm chaser to stop his work.
Dylan Motley has spent years chasing storms across the Richmond area, livestreaming what he sees to help the public understand weather conditions. When storms roll through, and others head indoors, Motley hits the roads.
