RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) — Richmond’s Broad Rock Library will host “Black History: A Living Legacy,” its fifth annual Black History Month Social and Celebration on Saturday.
The Black History Month Social and Celebration will be held at the Broad Rock Library’s meeting room from 1 to 3 p.m. on Saturday, Feb. 21.
