RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) — There will be multiple lane closures on the Powhite Parkway in Richmond as the city crews work to transition to all-electronic tolling.
On Sunday, Feb. 22, the Richmond Metropolitan Transportation Authority (RMTA) announced that as Richmond transitions to all-electronic tolling, there will be multiple lane closures this week on the Powhite Parkway.
