RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) — 8News got a visit from two special guests on Thursday to talk about the Richmond Black Restaurant Experience (RBRE), who provided some sample dishes to celebrate the city’s Black culinary industry.
8News anchors Autumn Childress and Madison Moore were joined by Shemicia “Mimi” Bowen, co-owner of RBRE, and Mike Cox, with Trevor’s Grill and Tavern, to discuss what people can expect as RBRE enters its 10th year.
