Virginia State Police say a Florida man arrested in connection with a series of hit-and-runs on Interstate 95 two weeks ago is ntow facing 74 charges related to the incident.
The suspect, 35-year-old Garrett Ryan Sulli, was captured in Spotsylvania County Feb. 14 after he reportedly hit numerous vehicles on northbound I-95 between Colonial Heights and Spotsylavnia, a path of about 75 miles. A VSP statement said Sulli, who had no known address in Florida, was being held without bond.
