Mar. 3, 2026 — HOPEWELL, Va. (WWBT) – Police are investigating a fatal shooting that occurred Friday night in Hopewell.
According to the Hopewell Police Department, officers responded to the 300 block of East Cawson Street at approximately 11:15 p.m. after receiving a report of a male subject who had been shot. The victim was transported to Tri-Cities Hospital but died from his injuries.
