RICHMOND, Va. (WWBT) – Richmond is updating its vision for its parks system for the first time since the 1970s, and the city is asking people to weigh in before the plan is finalized.
The city is calling the overhaul ‘Richmond Inspire’ and the 90% done version of the plan was posted back in December for people to provide input on it.
