RICHMOND, Va. (WWBT) – A man has been charged after Richmond Police say he hit a child with a car Friday afternoon.
Officials say just after 4:30 p.m., on March 6 police were called to an apartment complex the 700 block of North Laburnum Avenue for the report of a child injured in a hit-and-run crash.
Police say thanks to the help of witnesses, the suspect, an adult man, was found in the same apartment complex…
