HENRICO, Va. (WWBT) – On Sunday, first responders were called to the jail after a call about an inmate who potentially hurt himself.
Michael Barrett, 45, was taken to a nearby hospital with life-threatening injuries around 2:15 p.m., but later died at the hospital.
