RICHMOND, Va. (WWBT) – Three men are now in custody in connection with a deadly mass shooting in Shockoe Bottom last month, but the arrests have not eased the concerns among some business owners in the area ahead of one of the neighborhood’s busiest party weekends of the year.
Some managers in Shockoe Bottom already said they are planning to close early this weekend, shifting their focus to daytime hours.
