RICHMOND, Va. (WWBT) – Hundreds of people came out to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day early during Shamrock the Block in Richmond, with many saying safety was a priority during the celebration.
“I think it’s just the most fun day in Richmond,” said Justin Putney, who attended Shamrock the Block. “Everyone comes around. This year is fun because there’s multiple places having block parties.”
