RICHMOND, Va. — More than 8,300 customers in the Richmond metro and Tri-Cities area remain without power Tuesday after strong storms brought damaging winds to the region.
According to Dominion Energy’s outage map, outages in the region have decreased to about 8,300 customers as crews continue working to restore service.
