RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) — Severe storms caused significant damage throughout much of Central Virginia on Monday.
The evening of Monday, March 16, severe thunderstorms brought heavy downpours and high-speed winds to Central Virginia, knocking out power at tens of thousands of homes and businesses.
