RICHMOND, Va. — An 18-year old was fatally shot in Gilpin Court Tuesday night, according to Richmond Police.
Police responded to the report of a person shot in the 1200 block of St. Peter Street around 9:40 p.m. A man with a gunshot wound was taken to the hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
