CHESTERFIELD, Va. (WWBT) — A Chesterfield woman says a rat infestation at her apartment complex drove her from her home after she said repeated complaints to management went unanswered.
Kacey Potter lives at Chesterfield Village Apartments. She said she saw the first rat just two days after renewing her lease in November. By Thanksgiving, she said she was encountering rats — dead or alive — every night.
