HOPEWELL, Va. (WRIC) — A Hopewell man is facing a felony charge after an early-morning altercation escalated into a stabbing.
At about 4 a.m. on Thursday, March 19, Hopewell Telecommunications received a call about a stabbing in the 4100 block of Old Iron Court.
