CHESTERFIELD COUNTY, Va. (WRIC) — Lucky the cat is truly lucky after he was saved from the roof of a house in Chesterfield on Sunday morning!
In the morning of Sunday, March 22, Chestefield Fire and EMS responded to a neighborhood off Genito Road to help a family rescue their cat who was stuck on the roof of their two-story house.
The cat, Lucky, had been on the roof for over a day before his family reached out to Chesterfield crews for assistance.
Firefighters were able to use ladders to retrieve the cat and bring him down to safety…
