RICHMOND, Va. (WWBT) – A Pennsylvania couple contacted 12 On Your Side after losing thousands of dollars in a puppy scam that started with a Facebook post. The alleged breeder said they were from Richmond.
“First of all, I don’t want anybody else to get scammed by this woman,” Kimberly Reed said. “She’s now got our, you know, $2,350.”
