The Potomac Terminal Radar Approach Control (TRACON) has been evacuated to “ATC zero,” making it unable to safely provide air traffic services, the FAA reports.
Following the designation, the FAA implemented ground stops for flights to Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport (DCA), Dulles International Airport (IAD), Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport (BWI), as well as Charlottesville and Richmond airports.
