RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) — A person was trapped in their car after a multi-vehicle accident in Richmond on Saturday night.
On Saturday, March 28 at around 11:39 p.m., the Richmond Fire Department responded to the 1900 block of Broad Rock Boulevard for reports of a three-vehicle crash.
