RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) — A man was injured after a shooting in Richmond’s Southside on Saturday.
At around 5:30 p.m. on Saturday, March 28, officers with the Richmond Police Department responded to the 4000 block of Midlothian Turnpike for a report of a person shot. When they arrived, police found a man with an apparent gunshot wound to the leg.
His injuries were considered non-life-threatening. He was taken to a local hospital.
