RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) — Pedestrian improvements are coming to a Richmond intersection, including new traffic signals.
In early April, the city will begin a new traffic signal project at the intersection of Patterson Avenue and St. Christopher’s Road, according to a March 31 press release from the city.
