A video circulating online is drawing attention after it appeared to show a tense interaction between a teacher and a student at a Virginia elementary school. The footage, recorded from outside the building, has prompted reactions from viewers as it continues to spread.

The teacher was standing outside the school with the students while appearing to speak to someone off-camera. As she begins walking toward the school with them, one of the children starts crying. At one point, she appears to hold the child’s hand in a forceful manner.
She then brings the student’s hand up toward her mouth and appears to bite it. Following this, the child begins screaming more intensely. A social media account alleged online that the student is a nonverbal autistic child. This has further intensified reactions and concern about the incident…
