RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) — The 18th-annual Dominion Energy Riverrock festival kicked off Friday evening at Belle Isle, bringing crowds out for a weekend of live music, outdoor sports, food and family activities.
The three-day festival began on Friday, May 15. Festivalgoers spent the evening kayaking, rock climbing, shopping and enjoying performances throughout the venue.
