CHESTERFIELD, Va. (WWBT) – Families in Chesterfield are continuing to plead with the school division to give students and staff a day off for Diwali.
It comes after the school division did not add it as holiday into it’s proposed 2027-2028 calendars, which were introduced last week to the school board.
