‘To save lives’: Pedestrian beacon coming to Richmond’s Hull Street

RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) — A traffic safety measure is coming to another Hull Street intersection, aimed at making it safer for pedestrians to cross busy roadways in Richmond.

It’s called a pedestrian hybrid beacon. It will be installed at East 29th and Hull streets.
