JAMES CITY COUNTY, Va. — A 19-year-old man was arrested and charged in connection with a rape in the James City County-Williamsburg area.
Police said at around 11:30 p.m. on Sunday, May 17, a family member called James City County police to report that a rape had allegedly occurred earlier in the day at a picnic area in York River State Park.
