A 25-year-old man suspected of killing his wife during a domestic confrontation in their Moreno Valley home was under arrest Wednesday.
Kendrick Lavare Govan was booked into the Smith Correctional Facility on Tuesday night on suspicion of murder. Govan is being held in lieu of $1 million bail.
