Aimee and her sister Angie are beautiful Belgian Malinois who have spent one nerve wracking week trying to navigate a shelter environment that can be overwhelming for any dog. Both dogs arrived at Devore Animal Shelter in California just days ago, but their futures appear dim. Both have been scheduled for euthanasia.
During a volunteer’s visit, she reported both Aimee and Angie are working dogs, and they don’t belong in a shelter. Both dogs came right to the front of their kennel and were eager to interact.
