The Fontana Planning Commission recently approved plans for a 46-unit residential development on South Highland Avenue. According to the staff report, the project will include housing units for very low-income families.
“This project includes two affordable units of the 46 that are being proposed,” she said. “With that, an (Affordable Housing Density Bonus Agreement) will be required, so we’ll take that to city council should we receiveyourrecommendationthisevening.”
