What initially began as a road rage call, ended in an assault with a deadly weapon arrest. On Sept. 12, at approximately 6:01 p.m., Fontana Police officers responded to the 15900 block of Village Drive regarding a reported assault with a deadly weapon.
Officers contacted the victim, who reported that an unknown man, later identified as 26-year-old Anthony Arreola, pointed a handgun at him during a dispute. Arreola left the scene in a vehicle before officers arrived.
Officers located Arreola’s vehicle at a residence in the 15800 block of Flamingo Avenue. After officers made announcements outside the residence, Arreola exited and was detained without incident…
