Stater Bros. Markets will be a part of Arboretum Marketplace, a future 74,000-square-foot neighborhood center in North Fontana, California. The retail center will bring a full-service grocery store closer to the area’s fast-growing neighborhoods, according to developer Lewis Retail Centers, a division of Lewis Group of Companies.
The developer added that the site is cleared and fully entitled, and offsite construction is now underway.
Located on Sierra Avenue just south of Interstate 15, the center will serve the growing communities surrounding the project, including The Arboretum and Sierra Lakes, where more than 4,300 homes are planned and approximately 2,400 are already sold or leasing…
