Poolify, a technology-enabled pool maintenance and repair company, has acquired KP Pool, a Redlands, California-based service business operating since 1986.
The acquisition is Poolify’s third in 2026, following its purchases of Redhawk Pools and Rapid Pool Service. The addition expands Poolify’s presence in Southern California’s Inland Empire and brings its operations to nearly 300 pools. Financial terms were not disclosed.
