PERRIS, Calif. (January 25, 2024) — The City of Perris official broke ground on the Perris Gateway Commerce Center on Ramona Expressway on January 23, 2024. Mayor Michae Michael M. Vargas and executive city staff gathered with DECA Capital officials this week to break ground on the Perris Gateway Commerce Center, a new mixed-use and logistics complex that will create nearly 2,000 total new jobs, infrastructure improvements, and a new cutting-edge trade partnership program with Val Verde High School.
