The Banning Chamber of Commerce unveiled a new mural at a ribbon-cutting ceremony in Downtown Banning on Sept. 27. The mural at 584 W. Ramsey Street is the fourth-largest mural in Riverside County and was created as part of the chamber’s city beautification initiative. The mural’s moniker is “Welcome to Banning – Endless Opportunities.”
