A 60-year-old man was fatally injured and two people were hurt in a head-on collision at a Moreno Valley intersection, authorities said Thursday. Jay Britton of Moreno Valley died in the crash shortly after 9 p.m. Wednesday at Ironwood Avenue and Helga Lane, according to the Riverside County Sheriff’s Department.
